GRAMMIE Brings its Signature Mediterranean Spirit to Primitive, Jaipur for a One-Night Takeover

GRAMMIE is all set to bring its signature hospitality and Mediterranean-inspired experience to  Primitive, Jaipur for an exclusive one-night bar and dining takeover.

Known for creating spaces that move with their guests rather than around them, GRAMMIE goes beyond the obvious. For this special collaboration, Primitive Jaipur will transform into an extension of Delhi’s favourite experiential restro-bar GRAMMIE, where thoughtful food, immersive cocktails, and warm hospitality come together in a new setting.

The takeover is part of GRAMMIE’s larger vision to champion India’s evolving fine dining and cocktail culture by spotlighting some of the country’s most exciting restro-bars, chefs, bartenders, and food & beverage experiences. Through collaborations like these, GRAMMIE continues to position itself as a platform for meaningful conversations around food, mixology, hospitality and the art of drinking well.

The food philosophy at GRAMMIE is simple: ingredient-led, fire-kissed and boldly expressive. GRAMMIE is a wafu cuisine restaurant, rooted in modern European techniques with Mediterranean influence, the menu celebrates familiar flavours through open-fire cooking that draws out natural depth, texture, and character. For the Jaipur takeover, guests can look forward to a specially curated selection of signature dishes including Kataifi, Red & Yellow Bell Pepper Arangiri, Stuffed Chicken Wings, and Pickled Chilli Portuguese Prawns, each reflecting GRAMMIE’s bold yet balanced approach to flavour.

The drinks programme is built around the concept of Ponte, meaning bridge—an immersive cocktail journey through Mediterranean forests, coastal gardens, sun-washed seas, and the quiet warmth of fire. Each cocktail reflects a natural harmony of salt, citrus, herbs, fruit, and smoke, creating a seamless bridge between places, flavours, and memories.

For this one-night takeover, the cocktail line-up will feature Stolen Guava, Salt & Stem, Red Flag, and Low Tide signature serves that capture the spirit of Ponte while offering a distinctive expression of GRAMMIE’s cocktail philosophy.

For one evening, Primitive Jaipur will host the complete GRAMMIE experience, bringing together signature cocktails, fire-led cuisine, and the rhythm of slow hospitality in a celebration of flavour, craft, and connection.

Nestled in the Hotel Pearl Palace, Primitive Jaipur ( from the house of Native Cocktail Room)  is an intimate dining destination that reimagines the primal art of open-fire cooking. Primitive meaning ‘Pracheen’ in Hindi, pays homage to India’s ancestral cooking traditions, where wood and coal were the only elements used to create bold, soulful flavors. True to this philosophy, the restaurant embraces a purist approach using only live-fire techniques and completely forgoing gas, ensuring every dish is infused with depth and character.

The cocktail menu is a homage to the ancient wisdom of India’s ingredients, crafted with a deep reverence for nature and an eye for artistry.  From the deep, earthy notes of indigenous herbs to the intoxicating zest of freshly plucked fruits, every concoction celebrates the land and its legacy. Age-old techniques are infused with a modern soul, resulting in cocktails and elixirs that are both timeless and unexpected.
