sponsoring sportsperson Ms. Goldy Mishra on her mountaineering expedition to Mount Kilimanjaro
in Tanzania, is a testament to that mission. The flag off for Ms Mishra’s incredible journey was held
at Roseate House New Delhi on 17 th October.

Mount Kilimanjaro! This expedition is not just a personal challenge, it’s a once-in-a-lifetime

the top of Africa’s highest mountain. Mount Kilimanjaro stands at 19,341 feet (5,895 meters) in
Tanzania, featuring three prominent peaks: Kibo, Mawenzi, and Shira. It’s the highest freestanding
mountain above sea level and boasts diverse climate zones and stunning landscapes.

About Ms. Goldy Mishra: Goldy Mishra is 24 year old Delhi based mountaineer. She started her mountaineering journey back
in 2018 by completing BMC(basic mountaineering course) from NIM (Uttarakashi).
She has also completed AMC ( Advance Mountaineering Course) in 2019 from HMI (Darjeeling).
She has summitted some of India’s Highest peaks such as Mt, Nun, Mt Nanda Kunti and has
experience in leading many treks.
