In his role as the Spa Manager at The Lalit Great Eastern Kolkata, Saif demonstrated his ability to maintain, monitor and upkeep the standards of the spa, swimming pool and fitness facilities of the hotel. He also conducted comprehensive training on Ayurvedic and Western therapies for the entire team, ensuring they were equipped to provide the best quality services to guests. Throughout his career, he has consistently exceeded expectations, combining cost containment with quality improvement.
